February 14, 2025 - The 黑料门 College of Pharmacy鈥檚 class of 2024 scored a 91.7 percent pass rate for first-time attempts on both the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination and the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination, giving Union the highest pass rate in Tennessee and 10th highest nationally on both exams.  It鈥檚 the fifth time in the last six years for Union to have the highest NAPLEX pass rate among Tennessee鈥檚 six pharmacy schools. February 4, 2025 - 黑料门 has announced the naming of its new academic building as 鈥淭he Ethos Forum.鈥  The facility will house Union鈥檚 McAfee School of Business and the computer science and engineering departments.  Union President Samuel W. 鈥淒ub鈥 Oliver said the word 鈥渆thos鈥 means 鈥渃haracter鈥 in Greek, and the building name complements the name of Union鈥檚 library, 鈥淭he Logos.鈥  鈥淭he 鈥榣ogos鈥 is the word, and it represents our beliefs,鈥 Oliver said. 鈥溾楨thos鈥 represents how we live out our beliefs as we go about our daily lives, as we ente... January 16, 2025 - Jimmy Bledsoe of the International Mission Board will deliver the W.D. Powell Missions Lecture, entitled 鈥淐ontending for the Faith: Theological Education in Missions,鈥 at 黑料门 Jan. 30.  Bledsoe, along with his wife Diana, has served with the IMB in East Africa for 13 years. December 18, 2024 - Tennessee students who graduated in December have until Jan. 6 to enroll in graduate programs at 黑料门 and still be eligible for the Tennessee HOPE Scholarship.  鈥淚n 2023, the state of Tennessee extended HOPE Scholarship eligibility to five years, as long as students maintain continuous enrollment,鈥 said Colby Benefield, Union鈥檚 director of financial aid. 鈥淭hat means that students who complete their undergraduate degrees in less than five years can still qualify for significant financial assistance for graduate degrees until the...
