Amy Ryan, MSW, LCSW ~ Amy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor of the Arts degree in Psychology at Rowan University and her Master's degree from Rutgers University. Amy has experience working with diverse populations. She has worked with adolescent boys and their families at Bonnie Brae Residential Treatment Center, she has intensive group training to address issues such as substance abuse, sexual offenses, victims of abuse and emotional/ behavioral problems. Any has provided Family Structural Therapy under the supervision of Ema Gemajovich of the Minuchin Institute. She has also worked at a local community health center providing psychosocial assessments, individual counseling, and group therapy to address stress, homelessness, trauma, depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, and substance abuse. Amy's passion is empowering those who have difficulty reaching their full potential in life. Her "down to earth", caring demeanor, along with some humor, creates a comfortable environment for clients to reflect on their lives and acknowledge their strengths in order to reach their goals.
Alyce Lee, MSW, LCSW ~ Alyce is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She brings a wealth of knowledge, given that she has been employed in that capacity since 1989. Alyce has worked both in Community Mental Health as well as Private Practice since earning her Masters Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University In May 1989. During her long career, Alyce has treated clients with issues and disorders ranging from Anxiety through Xenophobia. Her philosophy is "Change is Always Possible". Alyce brings her own brand of loving kindness, compassion, non-judgemental and acceptance to all of her clients. Her treatment is individually tailored to her clients specific needs. She brings a mixed bag of Cognitive Behavioral, Psycho Dynamic, Family Systems, Imago, Mindfulness, Motivational, Supportive therapies to adults, individuals and children. When not working, Alyce enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys the companionship of her large cat and small dog. She relaxes by reading good books and watching some reality TV as a way to unwind. Alyce welcomes you to meet with her and invite healthy habits into your life!
Chelsie Winston, MS, LPC ~ Chelsie obtained her Masters of Science degree in Mental Heath Counseling from Monmouth University where she focused her studies on working with children and adolescents as well as couples. She has completed a certificate program in Marriage and Family Counseling to further her knowledge and expertise in this area. Chelsie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She has clinical experience working with clients of all ages in individual as well as couples and family counseling. Chelsie has clinical experience working with those who have co-occurring mental health and addiction issues as well as eating disorders. Chelsie utilizes the therapeutic techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to engender self-awareness, insight and identification of personal strength within her clients. Chelsie is passionate and motivated to help her clients achieve their goals. Outside of the office, Chelsie spends her time training for 5K runs, learning new recipes and enjoying her friends and family.
Manuela Correla-Guerra, MA, LAC ~ Manuela is a Licensed Associate Counselor, she is skilled in Individual Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Family Therapy, and Behavioral Modifications. She has a strong clinical background in community and social services and holds a Master's Degree focused in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University's Graduate School. Manuela has a passion for helping children, adults, couples & families move toward a higher quality of life. She follows a "no judgment, no criticism" philosophy, to foster an environment where clients feel they can open up in a safe space. Manuela enjoys reading, spending time with family and catching up on her favorite TV shows.
Michelle Pettenato, MS, LPC ~ Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor; she obtained her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. Through both education and work experience, Michelle has clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults in partial hospitalizations, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient settings. Additionally, she has experience assessing, diagnosing, and counseling individuals struggling with a wide range of mental health issues and substance use disorders. Michelle's approach involves genuine caring and acceptance, in a non-judgmental atmosphere, as well as utilizing evidence-based techniques (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy). She chooses counseling techniques that cater to each individual's unique needs while empowering them to be a part of their process of positive change and achieving their highest potential.
Kyle Reinhardt, MS, LAC ~ Kyle is a Licensed Associate Counselor. He earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology and his master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. Kyle has clinical experience working in inpatient psychiatric facilities, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings. Additionally he has experience assessing, diagnosing, and counseling individuals with a variety of mental health and substance use disorders. Kyle's approach incorporates a gentle solution focused approach as he takes a genuine interest in the life and experiences of each of his clients and tailors sessions to their individual goals. Kyle uses evidenced-based techniques including Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients implement and maintain positive changes in their lives.
